Introduction
Situated 4 km. from the town of Spa "The Pearl of the Ardennes", an area of outstanding beauty comprising of woodlands and picturesque villages is **** Camping Spa d'Or. Close by is the the oldest Belgium nature reserve "the Hoge Venen / Haute Fagnes" and the circuit of Francorchamps
The campsite is situated at the banks of the small river the Wayai and can be an ideal starting point for beautiful walks and bicycle trips through the forests and the famous springs. In the region old villages and towns wich are typical for the Ardennes like Malmedy, Stavelot, Solwaster, Coo and Durbuy can be visited. The direct surrounding of the campsite offers nummerous and varied places of interest, ie. museum, theme parks, sport- and leisure centers and fishing in the nearby "Lac de Warfaaz".
You can enjoy yourself at the campsite during one of the many daily sport and fun activities. In the evenings you can relax during a delicious meal in the restaurant. Also you can join a special evening like a Horror Night, a Western Night, Tropical Night, Disco or Asian Night.
In winter when the first snow has fallen the scenery is fabulous and a real paradise for "langlaufers". Also survival arrangements for groups are available.
You can use your own caravan, tent, or motorhome. If you prefer more comfort you can rent a Mobile Home or Bungalowtent. Please refer to "Possibilities" for more details.

Camping Spa d'Or has been under Dutch management sinds the year 1999 and is part of "Ardenne & Gaume" group. Ardenne & Gaume are five coorperating quality campsites under Dutch supervision, situated in the Ardens and the Gaume area. The other campsites are Camping Parc la Clusure, Camping Colline de Rabais, Camping Petite Suisse and Camping de Chenefleur

About the websiteThe website is divided in several pages. "Possibilities", "Facilities" and "Surroundings" give information on the various ways on staying on our campsite, the facilities (restaurant, bar, swimmingpool, showers) and the direct surroundings (Spa, Durbuy, Francochamps, Formula 1 circuit). Of course you can also find information on the "Activities" on the campsite, have a look at our "Rates", make a "Reservation" and view our "Photo Album"! As you will see, the English part of the website is far from finished, because we will have to review all the translations. We are working hard to complete everything, and you might even see the site changing while you are visiting! So, please accept our appology for that, and if you are willing you can help us by pointing out mistakes!
